The Giles property is blessed with many statement trees that are 90+ years old. When development began on the community, East West Communities walked the property marking the trees that were to remain untouched for residents to enjoy. In fact 50% of the land has been saved as protected open space and woodlands. The Willow Oak tree at the Giles entrance is an example of the property’s natural beauty and history. The canopy of this massive tree is more than 80 foot in diameter. East West adjusted construction drawings and made special attempts to preserve this extraordinary tree, including Airspading, which helps the roots grow.
