2021 – A Record Breaking Year At Giles!
It was another successful year at Giles! In 2021: Giles sold 129 homes, 4 new sections with 101 homesites were released for sale, completed construction on the Magnolia Clubhouse and resort-style pool, two ziplines, Forest Edge Playground and miles of nature trails and sidewalks –– and, two additional pocket parks, a treehouse playground, a fishing dock on Cast-A-Line Pond, additional trails, and parcourse are underway for 2022. Thank you to everyone who helped make Giles so successful in 2021. We can’t wait to see what 2022 will bring!
New Neighborhoods
A total of 101 new homesites were brought online in 2021 in four different sections of the neighborhood. These sections offer a variety of product types to include townhomes, smaller detached, and larger detached homes.
The Magnolia Club Grand Opening
The Magnolia Club opened for the residents just in time for the pool season! Residents enjoyed a wonderful first summer at the pool and many COVID-safe events in and around the clubhouse. We are looking forward to another fun year at the Magnolia Club!

Giles Welcomes Its 300th Neighbor!
Giles made its 300th new home sale in 2021 but didn’t stop there. The community now has a total of 327 families living life the way it should be!
HHHunt Homes In Giles
We were excited to welcome HHHunt as our second builder in Giles. In their first full year, they had 51 sales. HHHunt offers various townhome and single family home floor plans in the community.
